Hi, my name is Lia. I was officially diagnosed in July 2020 with endometriosis.
I’ve had multiple surgeries and medical interventions since. Endometriosis is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease that affects 1 in 10 people worldwide. Symptoms can be minimal to absolutely debilitating. Some have found management of painful symptoms by decreasing inflammation through diet and lifestyle changes. After my last surgery I started my own anti-inflammatory diet and created Endovidualeats. All meals are dairy and gluten free with organic, hormone and antibiotic free foods. I have lost weight and significantly decreased pain, bloating, GI issues and inflammation with current bloodwork showing my sedimentation rate at 1!!!!
Diet is some thing we can all do to decrease inflammation. Not just with endometriosis, but with multiple health issues. Chronic inflammation plays a role in conditions like alzheimer’s, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, Crohn’s, asthma, kidney disease, even weight gain. Certain foods are associated with either increasing or decreasing our inflammatory response. Please feel free to message me anytime about any questions you have with any of the meals or if there’s anything else I can help you with
